OPEN EMPLOYMENT POLICY

  • Speed Access Resources will shortlist and conduct pre-interview for Applicants.
  • Speed Access Resources will provide all necessary documents, including Applicants’ Personal Bio-data and Guarantors information to the would-be potential clients.
  • Also during interview period Speed Access Resources request the employer not to give any of their belonging to the Applicant such as CAR KEY, CASH and any OTHER PROPERTIES. Employer MUST NOT allow applicant to start work Without Speed Access Resources’ Consent (MD SAR).
  • Speed Access Resources will in the pursuit of protecting its client’s interest advertise vacancies on behalf of its client and such other associated expenditures shall form part of the bills to be paid by the clients.
  • All Services Charge due to Speed Access Resources must be paid within THREE (3) DAYS after the Posting and Recruitment of an Applicant by the clients.
  • Speed Access Resources WILL NOT BE LIABLE for any damage incurred by the applicant.
  • Speed Access Resources will REPLACE STAFF FOR CLIENTS within the period of SIX (6) MONTHS under the following conditions:
    • The staff stops work during the probationary period.
    • The staff disagrees with the terms and conditions of work being offered by the employer.
    • Speed Access Resources will do MEDICAL TEST for ONLY DOMESTIC STAFF.
  • Speed Access Resources shall NOT MAKE REPLACEMENT if the applicant’s;
    • Basic human rights are abused or infringed upon by the employer.
    • Salary was not paid when due.
    • Life was threatened or the Applicant maltreated.

 SERVICE PAYMENT: Below is the breakdown of our Service Charges.

GOLD SERVICE: The following are conditions for Gold Service:

All would-be employers/clients shall pay a NON-REFUNDABLE CONSULTATION FEE of N3,000 Before Any Recruitment Process commences.

Employer shall pay 40% of the sum of agreed FULL MONTH SALARY of the applicant as SERVICE CHARGE for all GENERAL RECRUITMENT (Applicant with SSCE, OND, BSC/HND, MSc Certificates and Drivers). While Employer shall pay N17,650 as NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES CHARGE for DOMESTIC STAFF such as Nanny, Househelp/Maid, Housekeeper etc. The payment above shall cover the followings:

SILVER SERVICE: Silver Service conditions is as follows:

All would-be employers/clients must pay a NON-REFUNDABLE CONSULTATION FEE of N3,000 Before Any Recruitment Process commences.

Employer shall pay 20% of the sum of agreed FULL MONTH SALARY of the applicant for all GENERAL RECRUITMENT (Applicant with SSCE, OND, BSC/HND, MSc Certificates and Drivers).

Employer shall pay N12,000 as NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES CHARGE for DOMESTIC STAFF such as Nanny, Househelp/Maid, Housekeeper etc. The payment above shall cover the followings:
